Terms and Conditions
1- General:
These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Jennifer Alison Kent Wasserman, with N.I.F. number 02402726P, hereinafter kenkosnacks.com, to individuals.
Any order placed with kenkosnacks.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of kenkosnacks.com in force on the day on which the corresponding order is made. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to the Client’s attention by kenkosnacks.com. The fact that kenkosnacks.com does not resort at any given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted as nor will it be equivalent to renouncing the right to resort to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.
2- Prices:
The prices published on kenkosnacks.com are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale on kenkosnacks.com.
3- Different payment methods:
When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made on kenkosnacks.com through: Payment method.
4- Product:
kenkosnacks.com reserves the right to modify the range of products depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not in any way commit the seller kenkosnacks.com.
5- Shipments:
The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration on kenkosnacks.com
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
However, their delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt note.

6- Return and cancellation policies:
6-1 Return of merchandise:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at kenkosnacks.com within 7 days from the date of receipt.
You will not have to provide any explanation; any item purchased at kenkosnacks.com returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.
Within a maximum of 7 days of receiving the return, kenkosnacks.com undertakes to refund you.
Before making the return, you must notify the Customer Service department.
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, kenkosnacks.com will cover the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs.
6-2 Order cancellation:
If the order is cancelled before the goods are shipped, the customer will not have to pay any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs for the same order.
